What is the peeler label module?

As soon as the user removes the separated label, the sensor gives permission to the printer for the next print. This operation is completely automatic and is done without user intervention. Inside the peeler module, there is a blade that, by changing the direction of the label roll, separates the label from its lower shell. This blade, which comes with the peeler module, is made in such a way that it can separate any type of label with any weight and shape from its underlying shell. This point is the place where the label is separated from the shell and their movement paths are separated.
Shell movement roller
The detached label is removed from the front of the machine and waits for the user's reaction, but its lower shell is removed from the machine by means of this roller and moves to the place that is installed to collect waste. In Tally Dascom label printers, this roller is connected to the main motor of the device and moves simultaneously with it. Therefore, it will never be possible to move arbitrarily.
